ATLANTA – Jim Chapman, president of Vinings-based Jim Chapman Communities, has been named President of the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG) for 2021. Chapman previously served the statewide organization as 2020 Vice President. HBAG supports local Homebuilders Associations throughout the state of Georgia by advocating for the housing industry at the state level and acting as a liaison between the various local Homebuilders Associations and the National Homebuilders Association (NAHB).
