The Tucson

At 1,466 square feet, The Tucson is the largest floorplan at The Cottages. The thoughtfully-designed cottage includes three bedrooms and two and a half baths, including a master suite on the main level. Two bedrooms and a bath are located upstairs, along with attic storage space, while downstairs, residents enjoy the convenience of an attached, two-car garage. The zero-step entry cottages include chef-inspired kitchens with granite countertops and subway tile backsplashes, designer lighting, walk-in closets and private front-porch entries. The Tuscon is accessed through a 15’ 6” x 6’ covered porch and a zero entryway leading into the chef-inspired kitchen. The Fresno

The hallway from the living area to the bedrooms ends with a back door to the outside. A stairway in the middle of the cottage, between the garage and master bath, leads up to a loft area and third bedroom and bath. The 11’ x 12’ bedroom features a double window to the rear of The Fresno and a large double closet. The bathroom includes a single vanity and bathtub. The Reno

For residents who require extra room, the Ranch Cottages for Rent Reno floor plan provides the luxury, attention to design, and excellent use of space typical of our designs, but it also offers more space and privacy, making it perfect for families, couples, or roommates.

The three-bedroom, three-bath home is a two-level cottage with 1,411 square feet of living space.
