Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Ranch Cottages for Rent was honored with two Gold OBIE Awards for Best Social Media Campaign for a Builder/Developer and Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion for a Builder/Developer with a Budget Over $10,000. The two esteemed accolades spotlight our virtual mascot, Dogwood, who was first introduced in Spring 2023 to highlight the Ranch Cottages for Rent brand and showcase our dog-friendly communities.
Curated and launched with the assistance of award-winning marketing firm Denim Marketing, the pet-friendly campaign provided a tail-wagging point of view. Dogwood proved to be an attention-grabbing marketing tool for Ranch Cottages for Rent, drawing in new residents with its paw-approved campaign.

Dogwood continues to highlight the pet-friendly nature of the communities and provide a unique point-of-view on all of the fabulous community features, amenities and locations through blog features, social media posts and real-life cutouts featured in community sales centers.
