The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association has named Jim Chapman “Spike Member of the Year” for his outstanding work recruiting and retaining new builder and associate members at the local level and within the National Association of Home Builders Federation. Jim was presented with his award by GAHBA Immediate Past President Charlie Bostwick (left) and GAHBA Executive Officer Corey Deal (right). The GAHBA provides valuable services and products to its growing membership that increase profitability, professionalism and consumer value in the housing industry. The non-profit organization works to ensure an economically viable building environment and promotes public policy solutions that serve the needs of both the housing industry and community.
