Jim Chapman Communities was recently honored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) with three OBIE Awards for excellence in the home building industry. Two JCC communities received awards. Sweet Briar Farms, a private, gated 55+ Active Adult community near Woodstock, Ga., received the Gold OBIE for “Community of the Year, Detached Homes” and a Silver OBIE for its amenity package. Nestledown Farm, a gated 55+ community just north of Cumming, Ga., was honored with a Silver OBIE for best merchandising of a detached model ($400K-$499K). GAHBA presents the annual awards each November to recognize outstanding building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement in the new home construction industry.
