The humid and sticky summer days are finally gone! It’s the perfect time to kickstart your fitness journey by participating in the first 2022 Lovejoy Halloween Costume Fun Run! A traditional event with a fun twist, attendees are encouraged to bring out all the stops for a themed sprint.
A fantastic way to foster community and education, the City of Lovejoy is donating 50% of the proceeds to the Lovejoy High School Athletic Department! Bring the entire family to walk, run and grab delicious treats along the path.
Please note that the Lovejoy Police Department will be monitoring roads to enjoy the safety of all event participants. All runners and walkers are encouraged to arrive by 7:15 a.m. to check-in. Any attendees that arrive late will not be permitted to participate in the event. Register by October 27 to receive a free Lovejoy gift bag and completion medal! All card registrations on the day of the event will receive a $20 penalty fee.

It’s time for the Georgia State Fair! From September 30 to October 9, the ultimate fall event is here to welcome lovers of exciting rides, fair food, prizes and more.
