Denim Marketing earned a prestigious Gold OBIE Award for Best Social Media Campaign for a Builder/Developer on behalf of Jim Chapman Construction Group and Ranch Cottages for Rent. The recognition came from the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council representing the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association during the 45th annual OBIE Awards gala.

Launched in August 2024, the award-winning social media initiative spotlighted Ranch Cottages for Rent while positioning the build-to-rent sector as a compelling alternative to traditional homeownership. The campaign’s success stemmed from its strategic and educational approach, which resonated with audiences seeking flexible housing solutions.
The winning effort crafted content that informed followers about the benefits of build-to-rent living. Rather than simply promoting properties, the initiative focused on core value propositions: convenient locales, connected spaces, resort-style amenities and financial freedom.
This “Why Rent” approach included detailed video reels and long-form blog posts that expanded on these key themes, demonstrating how renters can access quality single-family homes without the financial burden and maintenance responsibilities typically associated with homeownership. This campaign proved particularly effective during a time of elevated housing costs and economic uncertainty.
